The other 2 wires on your ignition switch circuit are positive voltage, and their only function is to activate the starter solenoid when you turn the key to the correct (start/crank) position.

Use your multimeter to check the activity of the 2 solid leads (without wires attached) on the back of your ignition switch. Did you not understand my suggestion on how to test the 2 unused terminals on your ignition switch? I have found them to work well to be able to use your fuel key, but you need to test them properly first to see if it corrects my bump or not. If I just take the action, you simply need to solder the hot wire to the second fuse, then solder the other wire to supply power to the fuel gauge.

10-4 Yeah, I was thinking about using runners too, but I couldn’t think of anything that would work properly in your situation without the exhaust getting stuck in your fight with the karts.

You could have the ignition switch on the older Mayo boats. They have a solenoid to kill the spark, plus they have an accessory port that you want to keep your power guessing without using any circuits… You just have to figure out that the shutdown starts too. , many older boats were disconnected from the push button switch for the starter.

Now that what I saw was distorted, I see what you mean. This solves the problem, but since the switch would block the ignition coil, it must always be charged to overcome the problem.

I’m convinced it can’t be done without putting in a new ignition switch and knowing how to wire it.

Thanks for the help anderkart, much appreciated! I guess you just use the switch unless someone knows the exact type of ignition switch that works.

The magneto that connects the rods on your engine, its only function is to lock it in the off position, to kill the spark.

The rest of the ideas are all open, and you probably won’t have anything to do with the connection bars being choked or not, unless you need to use them for a corner button or something.
