I have run the cable from the electrical box (not connected) to the thermostat and the heater (not connected) now I need to know which cable should be connected so. It is red and black 12/2 caliber. Thanks.

In the first junction box with the first thermostat, connect the black wire to the panel nut wire, the black wire to the next junction box, the short wire to the thermostat wire. Connect to the second wire nut the red wire from the panel, the red wire to the next junction box, the red wire to the first heater. Connect the black wire on the heater to the other connection on the thermostat. Connect the ground wire from the panel to the junction box, then to the cable nut, with the ground wire for the second junction box and the heater.

In the second junction box with the second thermostat, connect the black wire from the first junction box to the thermostat. Connect the red wire from the first junction box to the red wire on the second heater. Connect the black wire on the heater to the other connection on the thermostat. Connect the ground wire from the first junction box to the second junction box and then to the ground nut with the ground wire for the second heater.
IMPORTANT: The number of heaters that can be connected to one thermostat depends on the size of the circuit and wiring
The number of heaters you can safely connect to a single thermostat will depend on the size of the circuit breaker in the electrical box, the type of wire you’re using, and the wattage of the individual heaters. A 240V circuit is usually recommended for connecting multiple heaters to one thermostat because 240V runs at a lower amperage. A 240-volt circuit operating on a 20-amp double-pole switch can have a heater combination of up to 3,840 watts. For example, using only one thermostat, you can install:

IMPORTANT: You must connect the heater in parallel, not in series, when using a single thermostat. If you feel uncomfortable working with electricity, hire an electrician.
All heaters must be connected in parallel. You can do this by connecting each heater directly to the thermostat, or connect each heater to the next – just make sure that each heater is connected to the supply wire. See wiring diagram above. I have one 20 amp 2 pole circuit I plan to run 3 heaters with 2 line thermostats. I have made sure that the wattage for the 3 heaters does not exceed 3,840 watts. I ran 12/2 wiring from the switch to the location of the first thermostat that would control the 2 baseboard heaters and from there to the second thermostat that would control the third heater. I have uploaded a quick diagram for visual reference. I’m pretty sure I know how to wire this correctly, but just wanted to check my sanity before I do it. I believe I can only lift the tail on thermostat 1 to pass power to the other thermostat location (bedroom), and for the thermostat to control the two pedestal heaters, the wiring seems straightforward. Any help is appreciated!
Connecting the cable to the room 2 to the side of the thermostat line 1 will get you what you are looking for. However, with the thermostat and 3 12/2s inside, it is too much for many individual boxes (20.25 in3 full box vs the largest standard tool box in the code which is 18 in 3), so you want to use it bigger. box, like a 4 inch box with one cover / Fender there. You’ll also want to wrap each white wire around this with black tape to make it clear that it’s hot and not neutral.
